NuGo Protein Vegan Rocky Road

INGREDIENTS
• 180g vegan/dark chocolate (we used Bourneville)
• 2 tbsp vegan butter
• 1 tbsp coconut oil/butter (can substitute for another tbsp of plain butter if you do not have)
• 2 NuGo Nutrition bars (we used chocolate chip)
• 4 biscuits (we used plain digestives)
• 60g vegan marshmallows (we used Mallows but supermarkets like Aldi also do great ones)
• 50g raisins
• 15g rice crispies
HOW TO
• Melt broken up chocolate in heat proof bowl over boiling water on the hob then add in the butter and coconut oil
• Cut up NuGo bars into small pieces, break up biscuits and add them to a large bowl with the marshmallows, raisins and rice crispies
• Pour in the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly
• When fully combined put mix into lined tin and leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours
• Cut into squares to serve and enjoy!!
