NuGo Vegan Chocolate & Banana Protein Bread

INGREDIENTS
-2 bananas, mashed
-60g protein powder of choice
-200g self-raising flour
-150ml dairy free milk
-60g dairy free yoghurt
-0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 NuGo bars
HOW TO
-Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius and grease a loaf tin
-Mash the bananas and add all the ingredients together in a bowl except NuGo bars
-Mix until combined
-Pour batter into the loaf tin and add the pieces of NuGo bars on top
-Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
-Leave to cool then cut into slices and enjoy!
