NuGo Vegan Pancake Griddle

1 cup flour (125g)
2 tablespoons organic sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup non-dairy milk(240 mL)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
NuGo Dark Bar, to serve (lightly melted
in microwave for amazing texture)
maple syrup, to serve
chocolate sauce, to serve
vegan whipped cream, to serve
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
In a separate bowl, combine non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla
Combine two mixtures then whisk till smooth
Let batter rest for 5 minutes
Heat up a knob of vegan butter in non-stick pan on medium heat
Ladle batter into centre of the pan (roughly ½ cup)
When the top of mix begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden
Serve warm with melted NuGo, maple syrup, chocolate sauce and vegan
whipped cream (or whatever your heart desires!)
